Policies

 cancellation policy: Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the service price booked. Appointment no-shows, and appointments cancelled in less than 12 hours will incur a 100% charge of the service price. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you please do so more than 24 hours in advance to avoid a service charge.

In the case of couples sessions, 50% will be charged if cancelled within 48 hrs, and full price will be charged if cancelled within 24 hrs or no-show.

refund policy: the bungalow has a no refund policy on completed services. Gift cards and packages are not redeemable for cash, for use with any other offers, and are non-refundable. 

sickness policy: WE ask EVERYONE to use prudent judgement when coming to visit us for an appointment. Please reschedule if you are sniffling, coughing, feverish, or generally do not feel well..WE DO NOT WANT IT! :)

*but PLEASE try to do SO outside of the 24 hr window so you do not get charged FOR A LAST MINUTE CANCEL OR NO-SHOW.
